What you’ll experience in this retreat:

·      A 6‑Day Immersion in the Glen of Aherlow, Ireland

·      Daily teachings and experiential sessions, including music and meditation

·      Visits to sacred historical sites

·      Shared meals in community

·      Time to feel, reflect and integrate where the veil is thin.

The daily flow will consist of teaching and experiential work in the morning, sacred time, pilgrimage or rest in the early afternoon, integration and relational sessions in the late afternoon and evenings will be open to explore, for connection and or rest and integration.
