In this transformative and inspiring workshop, Gina shares tried and true practices in breath, sound, meditation and more that help our minds, hearts and nervous systems rest beyond habitual patterns. From this state, and with love, she helps us “hear” or “catch” the highest vision for our lives from our higher self or inner guidance, and in specific aspects of our lives. Wear comfortable clothing, have pens or pencils and paper ready to write or draw what vision comes to you. You will feel clear, inspired and supported, and amazed at the wisdom and guidance within, and the way things can manifest!

She is also leads trauma-informed hypnotherapy sessions. She has facilitated groups for over 30 years.
