In this transformative and inspiring workshop, Gina shares tried and true practices in breath, sound, meditation and more that help our minds, hearts and nervous systems rest beyond habitual patterns. From this state, and with love, she helps us “hear” or “catch” the highest vision for our lives from our higher self or inner guidance, and in specific aspects of our lives. She also guides us in wonderful practices to release the inner obstacles or things that stop us, so we can truly feel into and experience and and open to the possibilities. Wear comfortable clothing, have pens or pencils and paper ready to write or draw what vision comes to you. You will feel clear, inspired and supported, and amazed at the wisdom and guidance within, and the way things can manifest!

ABOUT GINA SALA: Gina Salā has been chanting since her early childhood ashram years and sharing the power of sound, mantra and therapeutic sound and meditation for over 25 years with groups and individuals. She is also leads trauma-informed hypnotherapy sessions. She has facilitated groups for over 30 years. Her repertoire spans 23 languages and performance credits include Cirque du Soleil, the United Nations, festivals and more.
